Farewell Party 2019

Farewell party was organized for the BE students at Hotel Mittal Avenue, Ujjain, ECE Department 7:00 PM on 15th April 2019. The function began with the Sarasvati Pooja and felicitation of Dr. Neha Sharma (Head of Department ECE) and Prof. Y.S. Thakur. Later students shared their views and experience about the department. Dr. Neha Sharma (Head of Department ECE) wished good luck to the final year students for their future. She also expressed his hope that students will continue holding best positions in upcoming university exams. Madam motivated students by sharing her own experience in her life. Also stated “A good student can do nothing in the absence of a good teacher and a teacher feels bad luck when heshe does not get a good student. It is teacher’s responsibility that heshe has to bring a student on the right track however it is also the responsibility of a student to follow hisher teacher orders to be on the right track. They need to support each other equally”.

Introduction Party 2019

Introduction party was organized for the BE first year students at Visvesvaraya Seminar hall. ECE department believes in having engagement with the students from time to time. This is to welcome the fresher. Fresher parties (Introduction Party) generally consist of dance programs, speeches, drama, etc and also food. They are to introduce the fresher’s to the senior as well. It was held on 2nd April 2019. Program started with student’s introduction, concluded by (H.O.D) Dr. Neha Sharma motivational speech.

Two days workshop on “Internet of Things using Arm Cortex M4 Tiva MCU”

Two days workshop on “Internet of Things using Arm Cortex M4 Tiva MCU” was organized by ECE department on 29th 30th March 2019 under ISTE student chapter (Coordinator Prof. YS Thakur funded by TEQIP-III). Texas Instruments training program partner EDGATE sent his expert for training our students. Students learnt various micro-controllers and get hands-on on ARM Cortex M4 Tiva MCU. Worked ended with facilitation and Dr. Neha Sharma (H.O.D of ECE Department) speech.

Expert Lecture by Dr. SK Baghel

MANIT professor Dr. S.K. Bhagel prof. Dheeraj Agrawal visited our collage. All the students and faculty members were delighted to have him as a guest. The interaction involved sharing of experiences and discussion on future opportunities for students. Dr. S.K. Bhagel shared his views on various opportunities in Electronics Engineering. He briefly gone through various competitive exams: GATE, ESE, ISRO, PSU’s Exam process and preparation methods. Students were highly motivated after his lecture.
